How To Make Cheesy Chicken Katsu

Chicken is always my favorite. Now, I am going to show how to make cheesy chicken katsu. It's simple, just check this out:

Ingredient:
1. Chicken


2. White pepper


3. Salt

4. Wheat Flour


5. Egg


6. Breadcrumbs


7. Herb salt American mix (optional)


8. Mozzarella cheese


9. Vegetable Oil

Procedure:
1. Cut the chicken and make it flat.






2. Put the white pepper and salt on the chicken, in its front and back side.




Actually, white pepper and salt is enough. But, if you want to have richer taste to your chicken, you can add another flavors such as herb salt American mix.



3. Put the mozzarella cheese, and wrap it.




4. Put it in the wheat flour, then the egg, the last, with the breadcrumbs.












5. Heat the oil, then put the chicken, wait until cooked.


6. Now, your cheesy chicken katsu is ready to be served.
