Personal hygiene is a series of activities to make body clean in order to decrease the contamination risk of micro bacteria which causes various infectious diseases. We can say that personal hygiene is the main way to prevent from getting infectious disease. Do you know why we need to prevent from infectious disease. It's because of popular serious infectious disease like malaria, tuberculosis, even meningitis is able to cause death to the sufferer. Just like Olga had experienced, it happened maybe because he couldn't keep his personal hygiene. Therefore, it's true that, doing prevention is better than doing treatment or medication.

In this writing, I'm not going to elaborate more about the important of having personal hygiene. But, I would like to share with you how to keep personal hygiene. There are two simple way to keep personal hygiene. They are washing the entire part of your body and paying attention to the simple things you could do to decrease getting contact with micro bacteria.

So, just let's move to the first way, it's washing the entire part of your body. It means, not only washing your skin, hair, and teeth, but also your ear, nostril, navel, and other part that maybe sometimes you neglect to wash it like the part between your toes. Maybe, some people  are common to wash only some part of the body. How about, how many people is common to wash the entire part of the body? I think it's not too much. For those people who is common to wash some part of the body, maybe they have a lot of activities in a day, so they only have around 5 to 7 minutes to take a bath. But, don't do that. Because those part that I've mentioned before, is also the part that can getting contact with micro bacteria. For example, if you neglect to wash your ear, you will have ear infection, or if you neglect to wash your mouth cavity, you will have mouth cavity infection, with the symptom is having bad smell. Nevertheless, I believe, you can make sure the entire part of your body can be clean in only that limited minutes.

Let's go the second way, it's paying attention to the simple things you could do to decrease getting contact with micro bacteria. For example, you should use sandals every time you go to the toilet, wear clean cloths, or wash the hand before and after having meals. It's like using something to avoid getting contact with micro bacteria. About using sandals every time you go to the toilet, not only prevent you from getting contact with micro bacteria, but also prevent you from getting contact with some insects, for example worm and cockroach. Just for your information, there are some worms that can enter the body by penetrating the skin, and interfere the body activities, so you will be sick. Still . in this case, I have a story. Several months ago, my mother had chronic urinary tract infection. After having interview with the doctor, the doctor found that my mother had unproper habit every time she wash after defecating or poop. The proper way is to wash from the front to the back, while she got used to wash from the back to the front. Actually, the number of micro bacteria in the back is higher than the front. So, if you wash from the back to the front, the micro bacteria will get contact to the front and contaminate the urinary tract. That's simple things you need to pay attention.

In conclusion, there are two ways to keep your personal hygiene, they are washing the entire part of your body and paying attention to the simple thing you could do to decrease getting contact with micro bacteria. I hope, after this, you will be able to get used to it and inspire other people surrounding you to get used to it too. That's all, thank you for visiting my blog :D
