How To Make Chicken-Ginger Soup

The climate and the weather are not in good condition currently. It's time to support our bodies by improving our immunity. I chose to make chicken soup with ginger and other spices, here how I made it.

Ingredient:
1. Garlic
2. Ginger

3. Nutmeg
4. Chicken

5. Green vegetables
6. Salt
7. Bay leaves
8. Cinnamon

9. Flavorings
10. White pepper

Procedure:
1. Cut garlic, ginger (you can put as much as you want), and nutmeg into pieces.

2. Fry them on hot oil in a pot/frying pan

3. Put enough water
3. Cut the vegetables and chicken into pieces.
4. Put them on the pot.

5. While boiling, you can put the bay leaves and cinnamon. Don't forget to adjust the taste with salt, flavorings, and white pepper.

6. In this step, you may add another topping, I chose to add boiled eggs.

7. At the time when the chicken cooked, then you can have your chicken-ginger soup. Enjoy!
