How To Make Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts

Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts is a fresh dish if you want to make it as your side dish.

Ingredient: (the amount is as much as the picture shown)
1) Bean sprouts

2) Tomato

3) Red chilies

4) Shallots

5) Galangal

6) Garlic

7) Salt
8) Flavoring
9) Water

1) Cut into pieces the tomato, red chilies, shallot, and garlic. While the galangal, you have to smash it.

2) Cook the ingredient no. 1 in the hot oil, then add the bean sprouts, some water, salt, and flavoring.

3) Wait until cooked, then your stir-fried bean sprouts dish is ready to be served. So simple, right?
