How To Make Roti John

I heard, Roti John is popular today in Indonesia. I tried to find out what it is, it looks delicious, then I become curious to try. Here, I am going to explain how I make Roti John in my version.

1. Bread

2. Onion

3. Garlic

4. Corned beef

5. Dole Chicken Luncheon Meat (optional)

6. Curry powder

7. White pepper

8. Sliced cheese

9. Egg

10. Salt
11. Water

1. Cut the onion and garlic into pieces.

2. Heat the oil and fry them until cooked.

3. Add the curry powder and add some water

4. Add some water (do not to much) and put the corned beef and Dole chicken luncheon meat.

5. Add white pepper and salt, the amount is as much as you wish, mix them well until you have the texture like the picture below.

6. Crack the egg, put the dough no. 5, mix well

7. Heat the oil, prepare the bread by heating it on the frying pan. Heat the front and back side. After you finish, put them in a container.

8. Heat the oil, put the dough no. 6, add the sliced cheese.

9. Put the bread no. 7 on top of it.

10. Flip it, then put more sliced cheese, and fold it, like the picture below.

11. Finally, you get the Roti John. You can have it with mayonnaise and chili sauce.
